Gardens Of The World, Thousand Oaks Ca.(click)
4.5 acre Gardens project completed in December 2001 in the City Of Thousand Oaks. The Gardens of the World feature 5 different gardens from around the world representing England, France, Italy, Japan, and the unique Mission Courtyard with traditional California landscaping. Each Garden beautifuly stands as a majestic tribute to the part of the World it represents.

Chateau Plaisance (click)
Chateau Plaisance is a 17,000 sq ft. authentic French Chateau built in Lake Sherwood Califiornia, Extensive amount of detail both interior and exterior. The exterior shows the intricate copper cresting along the ridgeline and the 5 color blend slate roof. The entire exterior is covered with 2" thick cast stone,with stone cornice and window surrounds. The windows are unique with the mutton desin of a sword,reminesent of King Arthur. The interior is marble and wood floors in intricate patterns, walls are covered in intricate mouldings with gold leaf throughout. All wood work is a series of furniture finishes.

Big Sky Montana (Click)
This is a 36 unit condominium project in Big Sky Montana of which the first phase consisting of 6 units are complete First phase including outdoor pool and spa took 8 months. This was quite an expierence, we built the pool in Fall 07, and actualy applied the "pebble sheen" in late November 07 in sub zero tep. with heavy snowfall. There is no place I have been on earth as beautiful as Big Sky Montana.

Rancho St. Frances
Rancho St. Francis is a 22 - acre horse sanctuary. We are building in Hidden Valley California, conceived and financed by the Hogan Family Foundation. It consists of two barns able to house 30 horses, a Ranch Managers home, a secondary structure for the ranch caretakers, and a 7,500 sq. ft. custom home designed by Sidney M. Drasnin.
